In a bittersweet farewell, I was invited to lunch in celebration of a new position and a goodbye sendoff. I was invited to Little Saigon Restaurant. This is a special place for my two friends and I felt special that they would take me there. I arrived and after passing it due to wrong mapping from my GPS. They were seated towards the back and I was immediately greeted and escorted over. We quickly ordered the vegetarian egg rolls as an appetizer along with an order of spring rolls. The service was fast and friendly. When they brought out our appetizer, we then ordered lunch. I ordered the kung pow chicken. The egg rolls were made to order with the right amount of crunch with a tangy dipping sauce. Very good. The kung pow chicken was enough to feed two people. The white rice was served on the side and there was siracha sauce and soy sauce for added flavor. The dish was spicy on its own but the added sauce gave it an even greater kick. The chicken was juicy with the mix of veggies and peanuts. Delicious and also a new addition on my trips to Las Vegas, NM! I know I will be back and spending time with these very special individuals made my afternoon!

Food was very good. Vegetables cooked al dente. We had spicy orange chicken that was mildly spiced and mixed vegetables with shrimp were perfectly done. Lots of food was being called in and carried out. Place appeared to be very clean. Brandon was very attentive and helpful to answer our questions.

Got turned away from the Mexican restaurant who closed early...we wandered up to a little Saigon restaurant and so happy we did. This little family owned restaurant had EXCELLENT food, our waitress Ember was super friendly, and funny, her father Nea (hope I spelled that right) also came out and chatted and had us chuckling a bit. Super nice family, super good food....will repeat. That Mexican restaurant just lost us forever as long as that chinese/Vietnamese place is open across the parking lot. Sooooooo good!
